Registration Requirements

  1. A fully completed KhayDee Preparatory Academy registration form.
  2. A Non-Refundable annual registration fee of R 650.00 per child.
  3. A monthly fee of R 2 000.00 per child.  
  4. A certified copy of your child`s birth certificate.
  5. A certified copy of your child`s immunization card.
  6. A certified copy of the parents’/guardians’ identity documents.
  7. A certified ID copy of any other person authorized to pick up your child.
